德
德，是一个人或社会好的内在的品格和价值观。老子说 “圣人常无心，以百姓心为心。善者吾善之，不善者吾亦善之，德善。信者吾信之，不信者吾亦信之，德信。”
德与道有密切的关系。没有道（道理，道路）就不可能有正确的价值观与好的品格。无德是因为无道。反之，有道必然有德。老子说：“天下有道，却走马以粪。天下无道，戎马生于郊。祸莫大于不知足；咎莫大于欲得。故，知足之足，常足矣。” 意思是说，天下有道，军马运粪肥田。天下无道，戎马战乱。最大的祸在于不知足。
老子反对只讲表面的礼。德是内在的，而不应是形式的。老子说：“故失道而后德，失德而后仁，失仁而后义，失义而后礼。夫礼者，忠信之薄，而乱之首。前识者，道之华，而愚之始。是以大丈夫居其厚，不居其薄；居其实，不居其华。故去彼取此。”“上德不德，是以有德。下德不失德，是以无德。”

times and people
that had few method of people their times:
- amat penting untuk merancang masa dengan list, mesti kemaskini list dan delete yang selesai. most of time using to arrange plan, plan, plan, plan, all problem will plan together, so what happen, bullshit, no ACTION, the problem is no beginning, when want to ending? not complete, plan lagi, hanya gila plan, tiada kesan sahaja.
- buat terlalu banyak dan sibuk sepanjang hari. no plan adn no time to review the works sampai tiada masa untuk menilai segala kejayaan atau balasan. it only tell u what u need to do, if fail all will destroy. no matter which place his doing, will heart everyone.
- one second is also important for me. do untill die!

TIMe and life
TIME IS GOLD. time cannot be replace. waste u time is mean waste u life.
if we can control uu times, we can make our life more powerful.
24 hours per day is fair for everyone human. God will not given u more time. "no time" is not appears in the world. remember that had more people is buzy than us, they only arrange time properly.
masa hanya untuk dikawal, kita jangan jadi hamba kepada masa. hendaklah menggunakan masa dengan berkesan. no excuse for "no time"

bayangkan sekiranya saya/anda akan meninggal dunia pada umur 78 tahun, adakah anda akn menulis biodata sepanjang hayat? dan apakah yang akan saya akn tulis.......

memang tiada ada apa yang boleh tulis, memang saya tidak akan tau ada apa boleh tulis ni.
selama ini memang tidak ada fikir akan ada apa yang akan catat untuk kerjayaan saya....
